These terms govern the use of the conceptionwebmarchand site and its associated services. By accessing the site or requesting a quote, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Conception Web Marchand offers website design, search optimization (SEO & GEO), digital marketing, hosting and full online presence management services. The details and price of each mandate are set out in a separate service agreement.
The quote form lets you obtain a proposal. The information provided must be accurate. A quote does not constitute a contractual commitment until a signed agreement is in place.
The content of the site (texts, designs, code) belongs to Conception Web Marchand and is protected by applicable laws. Unless otherwise agreed, deliverables produced for a client are transferred to them upon completion of the mandate and full payment.
We strive to deliver quality services. Our liability is limited to the fees actually paid by the client for the relevant mandate. We are not liable for indirect damages or loss of revenue related to the use of the site.
For hosting and management mandates, we target 99.9% availability. Planned maintenance may cause brief interruptions, communicated in advance where possible.
We may change these terms at any time. The current version is the one published on this page. It is your responsibility to check it regularly.
