Conception Web Marchand is committed to protecting the personal information of its clients, prospects and visitors. This policy describes how we collect, use, retain and protect this information, in accordance with Quebec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (RLRQ, chapter P-39.1), as amended by Law 25.

1. Information collected

We collect information you provide voluntarily: name, email, phone, company, budget and project description via the quote form. We may also collect browsing information (IP address, device type, pages visited) for analysis and improvement purposes.

2. Purposes of collection

The information is used to: contact you about your quote request, prepare a commercial proposal, carry out a mandate, provide support and hosting, produce performance reports and, where applicable, meet legal obligations.

3. Retention and destruction

We retain personal information only as long as necessary to achieve the purposes for which it was collected, or for the period required by law. After this period, it is destroyed, anonymized or, where needed, archived in accordance with the Archives Act.

4. Sharing and subcontracting

We never sell your information. We may share it with service providers (hosting, payment, analytics tools) acting as subcontractors bound by confidentiality agreements. Any transfer outside Quebec is governed to maintain an equivalent level of protection.

5. Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures: encryption in transit and at rest, role-based access control, logging, backups and regular security updates.

6. Your rights

Under Law 25, you have the right to access, rectify, withdraw consent, erase and port your information. To exercise these rights, contact our personal information protection officer (see contact details below). We respond within 30 days.
